Pneumatic Conveying Components: Learn more about these pneumatic conveying components on the K-Tron Premier website

Component Description

Aerolocks & Accessories

More then 150 models and sizes available, in round or square inlet/outlet configurations: 6-inch through 20-inch openings

Valves

Designed for use in pressure or vacuum systems to divert or converge granulars, fine powders, or abrasive materials

Receivers

Self-contained units for single-stations moving material over short distances, and central system receivers for multiple destination, larger conveying rates and/or long distances

Bin Vents

Air filtration system with built-in weather hood and specially designed diffuser enabling air pulse to clean filter. Each unit can filter 200-400 cfm of air

Cyclones

Cyclones offer material / air separation in place of filters, with no moving parts, bags to clean, or need for air and electric. Inlet sizes range from 2-inch to 20-inch diameters

Blower Packages

Selecting the right blower that operates at the correct speed is critical in the success of any vacuum conveying system. Correct blower sizing maximizes system efficiency. Packages include vacuum, pressure and vacuum /  pressure systems

Tubing, Adapters, Misc.Tubing, Misc.

Wide selection of pneumatic conveying accessories including conveying lines, hoses, elbows, compression and quick couplings, slide gates, etc

Rail Car Load & Unload Components

Railcar unloading components and systems including conveying and blower packages, PLC controls, Premier Diverter Valves, and automatic system shutdown

Flow Aids

Product range include fluidizer beds designed for applications on tank hoppers with 5 foot diameter discharge openings

In Line Filters

In line filters are available to provide additional blower protection from material that may carry over to the blower's inlet if left unprotected. These filters are located downstream from the conveying equipment, in front of the blower package

Gates

Controls the gravity flow discharge from storage bins or hoppers

Storage Tanks

For dry bulk storage applications including cement, lime, calcium carbonate, wood chips, crushed rock dust, coal, grain, minerals, recycled plastic, shards, sulfur, polyproplyne pellets, flour and sugar. FDA and USDA approved coatings available

Level Indicators

Providing on-demand level indication and inventory control

Automated Control Systems

All control panels and systems are designed to meet the needs of the customer with communication option including Device Net, Ethernet, Data Highway, Remore I/O Profibus, Control Net, ASI bus, and others
